Awarding Silver Honorary Badges to Mrs. Snezhana Simeonova, Headteacher of St. St. Cyril and Methodius High School, Tsaribrod, Serbia, and Mrs. Maria Pinti, Headteacher of the Gorodnen School in the Bolgrad Region, Odessa Manucipaly, Ukraine, for their contribution to the preservation and dissemination of the Bulgarian language and for their long-term activities among Bulgarians abroad.
