The Institute for Bulgarian Language “Prof. Lyubomir Andreychin” at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences invites you to meet Viktor Topalov<\/strong>, author of \u201cBohemian Sofia: The Spirit of the Old City\u201d (2022) and \u201cThe Writers\u2019 Neighbourhood\u201d (2024), and co-author and compiler of \u201cBohemian Sofia: Stories from the Yellow Cobblestones\u201d (2021). He is the recipient of the Sofia Municipality Award for Outstanding Achievements in Culture in the category of Literature. The discussion will focus on Viktor Topalov\u2019s research interests and on the activities of the digital platform Bohemian Sofia<\/a>, established on his initiative. The platform’s main objective is to explore archival materials and promote Sofia\u2019s cultural heritage from the period between Bulgaria\u2019s Liberation and the end of the Second World War.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
