Aleksandar Teodorov-Balan\u201d Hall of the Institute for Bulgarian Language at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, 52 Shipchenski Prohod Blvd., Building 17.<\/p>\n<p>The main issues to be discussed will focus on the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The boundary between morphology and syntax and major morphosyntactic categories and structures (with a focus on Bulgarian);\n<\/li>\n<li>Contrastive and universal aspects of morphosyntax.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The topics of the presentations will cover theoretical, empirical and contrastive research in the field of morphosyntax, including, but not limited to: the boundary between morphology and syntax; morphosyntactic manifestations of categories such as tense, aspect and voice; morphosyntactic characteristics of structural organization: agreement, government and word order; the syntax\u2013semantics interface; comparison of morphosyntactic structures in different languages; morphosyntactic universals and variation; processes of grammaticalization and degrammaticalization.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is not (only) to provide definitive answers, but to exchange views, put forward hypotheses and, continuing the tradition established at previous meetings, create an environment for direct discussion.<\/p>\n<p>All presentations delivered at the Forum will be published in the Supplement to \u201cBulgarian Language\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a
