He is a natural successor of the work of his teachers and at the same time is a pioneer of modern linguistics in Bulgaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin-bottom:20px;\">The main achievements of prof. Penchev are in the field of syntax, semantics and intonation of the Bulgarian language. Alongside his main research, he also shared his views on a number of morphological problems &#8211; such as the problem of the system of the Bulgarian verb tenses and their meanings; the issues of the morphological category of definiteness, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin-bottom:20px;\">Submitted papers should relate to issues of Bulgarian linguistics, to present original research and to reflect modern trends in linguistics. The registration fee is 50 BGN (&euro;25). Expenses are covered by the participant&#8217;s institution.<\/p>\n<h2>Important dates:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin-bottom:10px;\">\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin-bottom:20px;\">Application for participation: 30 September.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin-bottom:20px;\">Notification of acceptance of papers: 15 October.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin-bottom:20px;\">Deadline for submission of the final paper: December 15.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;margin-bottom:20px;\">The papers will be included in a collection published by the Academic Publishing House &#8220;Prof. Marin Drinov&#8221;.
