Publication Agreement
By submitting an article (the article) for publication in the Papers of the Institute for Bulgarian Language Prof. Lyubomir Andreychin (the Publisher) the author guarantees that all of the co-authors (if there are any) have authorised him to represent their interests (collectively, the author) for the purpose of entering into this agreement.
- You hereby grant a Creative Commons copyright licence in the article to the general public, in particular a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public Licence (CC-BY-4.0).
- The author retains ownership of all rights under copyright in all versions of the article and all rights not expressly granted in this agreement.
- To the extent that any edits made by the publisher to make the article suitable for publication in the Yearbook amount to copyrightable works of authorship, the publisher hereby assigns all rights, titles, and interests in such edits to the author. The publisher agrees to verify with the author any such edits that are substantive.
By submitting an article, the author further warrants that:
- The article is original, has not been formally published in any other peer-reviewed journal or in a book or edited collection, and is not under consideration for any such publication.
- The article was personally written by the author, and he also fulfilled the requirements for copyright and did not use the illegal texts of other authors without mentioning their author and source.
- The author did not invade anyone’s copyright or otherwise violate any statutory or common law right of anyone, and you have made all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of any factual information contained in the article.
