Memorandum of Cooperation between BAS and Shumen Municipality

The President of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences Acad. Stefan Vodenicharov and the Mayor of Shumen Lubomir Christov signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on 19th May 2016. The two institutions will cooperate in the development of programmes and projects related to the social and economic development, business, education, quality of life, environmental protection and sustainable use of natural resources in the municipality of Shumen.
