“The Written Word Remains. Write Correctly!” Visiting the Aprilov High School
On 16th November 2017 the Institute for Bulgarian Language visited the Aprilov High School in the town of Gabrovo, where there was a Bulgarian language educational game “Let’s Investigate Together!”. Students from 11th and 12th year took part and answered questions in the field of Bulgarian lexicology and grammar. They demonstrated excellent knowledge and competitive spirit. The questions were compiled by young researchers from the Institute for Bulgarian Language.
After the amusing quiz there was a meeting with the teachers in Bulgarian language at the Aprilov High School where some questions about Bulgarian spelling and grammar were discussed.
The campaign “The Written Word Remains. Write Correctly!” of the Institute for Bulgarian Language is carried out within the framework of the activity of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences “Introducing Modern Methods in Education and Work with Young Talents”.
