Researchers from the Institute for Bulgarian Language present results from the first year of the National Scientific Programme “Development of Research and Innovation in the Bulgarian Preschool and School Education System”

From 7 to 9 July 2026, researchers from the Institute for Bulgarian Language “Prof. Lyubomir Andreychin” at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences participated in the Annual Meeting of Consortium Members and the First Scientific Conference “Challenges and Prospects in Research and Innovation in the Bulgarian Preschool and School Education System”, held at Sunny Beach.

The event marked the completion of the first year of the National Scientific Programme “Development of Research and Innovation in the Bulgarian Preschool and School Education System”.

As part of the forum, representatives of the Institute for Bulgarian Language presented the results of the activities carried out under the programme during its first stage. They presented the participants with the scientific results achieved, the activities carried out and the research products developed, as well as the main areas for further development of research during the next stage of the programme.

During the Annual Meeting, the progress made by all Consortium partners was reviewed and the priority activities for the second year of the programme were discussed. Particular emphasis was placed on the exchange of good practices, strengthening cooperation among the partner organisations, and planning joint research and innovation activities.

The event was organised by the Institute of Education at the Ministry of Education and Science, with the Burgas State University “Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov”, Department for Qualification and Professional Development of Education Professionals, serving as operational coordinator.
